Executive Chef needed for an upscale, high volume, full-service restaurant. This individual must have a progressive and upscale culinary experience.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:
  • Management of the total Kitchen facility including Restaurant and banquet areas
  • Maintaining high visibility and continuing the culture of building high team morale
  • Maintaining and exceeding profitability goals
  • Supervises and provides training to the kitchen staff at all levels (methods, portioning, garnishing, service specifications and food preservation)
  • Ensures maintenance of all health and sanitation standards

Executive Chef Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4-6 Years as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Expertise in food preparation methods and good creativity
  • Good understanding of food cost, inventory controls, and cost management
  • Serve Safe Certified

Executive Chef Benefits:
