Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead our Private Country Club' s culinary team. Chefs with experience in a Country Club, City Club, or Hotel should apply. The club has both restaurant dining and events, so knowledge of banquet service and catering is critical to the job.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen operations for dining venues and banquets
- Collaborate with the Director of F&B on all matters relating to the kitchen area
- Plan and implement menu design in collaboration with the Executive Team
- Lead, mentor, and manage your team
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Executive Chef experience in high-volume, multi-unit, country club, and/or luxury hotels
- Proven menu development ability. And knowledge of culinary trends
- Knife handling skills
- Strong financial acumen and ability
- Organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills - fluent Spanish a plus!
- Experience collaborating with sales and operations to execute flawless events
- Formal culinary training and ServSafe certification
