We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with fine dining, upscale high-volume and banquet experience. Long-established and founded in California, we have restaurants from coast-to-coast.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:
  • All BOH functions including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory and food quality
  • Create memorable dining experiences that guests will not soon forget
  • Lead the culinary team to excellence
Executive Chef Qualifications:
  • Highly talented, creative and smart professionals
  • Vibrant, take charge Chef who wants to make an impact on the region' s culinary scene.
  • At least 5 years experience as an Executive Chef with high volume experience of at least $6M
  • Experience with simultaneous a la carte dining and banquets
  • Hotel experience is a plus and some corporate restaurant experience is desirable
  • Hard-worker
  • Independent self-starter
  • Great personality
  • Possess a strong desire to make an impact
Executive Chef Compensation:
  • Compensation in the $80, 000 to $90, 000 range, all in
