Executive Kitchen Manager Requirements:
  • Full understanding of financials and driving sales
  • Scratch Kitchen
  • Stone fired over experience a plus
  • Ability to create and lead a strong team
  • Motivate by being hands on - no office managers
  • Possess a genuine hospitality gene
