Executive Chef Requirements:
- Solid tenure history. No job-hoppers.
- Ability to work in a club setting.
- Humble personality. No big egos.
- At least 3 years in an Executive Chef
- Solid knowledge of food cost control.
- Self-starter mentality. There is no culinary manager above this position and someone who can learn the menu and execute it consistently is required. Hit the ground running!

Jim enjoys time at Ruth Lake with family. He is a TV sports announcer in the Twin Cities for high school and amateur sports. Jim is married to Karen and has two children, Jac and Carrington. He is an avid fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes and all things Minnesota, including the temperatures.
