We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead the BOH team and ensure all quality standards and procedures are executed consistently and with professionalism.

Executive Chef Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to ensure our core values are demonstrated each day in order to provide our guests with an extraordinary dining experience
  • Develop the BOH team and hold them accountable to promote internal growth
  • Effectively manage financials
  • Represent the brand with honesty and integrity
  • Understand and adhere to all food preparation standards, plating techniques, and recipes
  • Actively participate in food reviews with leadership and provide feedback to the BOH team
  • Proactively address issues that impact food quality and guest service
  • Manage schedule to ensure proper BOH coverage
  • Participate in all hiring of new team members as well as training/coaching, performance evaluations, and terminations as required

Executive Chef Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 in an Executive Chef role
  • Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
  • Highly motivated to succeed with a strong attention to detail
  • Professional in appearance and conduct
  • Culinary school background preferred
  • Able to communicate in English mandatory
  • Able to speak/understand Spanish preferred
