Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen operations for dining venues and banquets
- Collaborate with the Director of F&B on all matters relating to the kitchen area
- Plan and implement menu design in collaboration with the Executive Team
- Lead, mentor, and manage your team
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years of culinary experience as Executive Chef or CDC, preferably in a country club setting or luxury hotel
- Proven menu development ability. And [knowledge of culinary trends
- Strong financial acumen and ability
- Organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills - fluent Spanish a plus!
- Experience collaborating with sales and operations to execute flawless events
