Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
  • Ensure food served to guests is to recipe and timing standards
  • Ensure sanitation is within standards
  • Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Assist in the development of menu items
  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • Proven Leadership successful at achieving desired results
  • Prefer experience in Asian cuisines including wok cooking and sushi
  • Insist on the highest standards and the absolute best practices
  • 3-5 years leading a team of 50 or more
  • Experience in High-volume revenues of 8-12 Million
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Time management skills
