Multi-Unit Restaurant company seeks a passionate, upbeat and enthusiastic Executive Chef experienced in a high-volume, from scratch, a la carte, full-service restaurant kitchen, with an entrepreneurial style of leadership. A mix of independent and corporate background is preferable. Those candidates with experience in Brick Oven Concepts and Italian Concepts is considered a plus!

Executive Chef Responsibilities:
  • Creative love of food with a commitment to quality
  • Planning of food preparation and culinary activities
  • Modifying menus that meet quality standards
  • Manage food requirements and food/labor costs
  • Ensure strict adherence to recipes
  • Coach and mentor staff
  • Product freshness guaranteed by proper labeling. dating and rotation procedures
  • Be a team builder/leadership developer
Executive Chef Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years as an Executive Chef, although Executive Sous Chefs with high volume will be considered
  • A culinary degree is not required but preferred
  • Effective Communicator
