We are an iconic Cleveland property that is seeking a CREATIVE CULINARY GURU with exceptional organizational and delegation skills to oversee all of the Food & Beverage outlets within our upscale property, including room service and banquets/events.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:
  • All BOH functions including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory and food quality
  • Create memorable experiences for our guests
  • Lead the culinary team to excellence and develop team members
Executive Chef Qualifications:
  • Highly talented, professional, and creative
  • At least 5 years experience as a multi-unit, multi-venue or corporate Executive Chef in an upscale environment
  • Experience with costing out custom menus and creating cost-effective tiered menu package options.
  • Independent self-starter with a strong desire to make an impact
  • Culinary Degree Preferred
