Restaurant Executive Chef Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Restaurant Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef experience, with no more than 2 Jobs in the last 5 years
  • Experience in a scratch, polished-casual or finer dining steakhouse
  • Must be passionate about food and want to contribute to the creative process
Restaurant Executive Chef Responsibilities:
  • Maintain culinary P&L management along with an understanding of cost control strategies and labor cost management
  • Fanatical focus regarding cleanliness and food safety
  • Organize workflow to create efficiencies for ticket times through menu development
  • Weekly communication up and down the chain of command
