We are seeking an experienced Executive Kitchen Manager with high volume experience. The venue was renovated last year, which re-established this iconic restaurant as a cultural destination with multi-faceted dining options. We are a California-based company with restaurants on both coasts.

Executive Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
  • All BOH functions for the a la carte dining including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory and food quality
  • This position is all about leadership and your ability to manage multiple stations within the venue
  • Lead the culinary team to excellence
Executive Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
  • Vibrant, take charge Chef
  • At least 3 years experience as an EKM, KM, Executive Chef, or Executive Sous Chef with high volume experience
  • Hard-worker, Independent self-starter with a great personality and a strong desire to make an impact
Executive Kitchen Manager Compensation:
  • Base salary in the $60,000 to $70,000 plus excellent benefits
