Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
  • Supports/assists Executive Chef
  • Ordering/receiving/inventory accountability
  • Train, coach, and lead the culinary team
  • Recipe costing/menu implementation
Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:
  • Recent experience as an executive sous chef with a high-volume restaurant
  • Full understanding of cost-controls and profit-margins
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Strong People-Leadership and ability to teach/facilitate
