Executive Sous Chef needed for high volume, upscale restaurant with event space

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef with high volume, upscale a la carte, and banquet experience. Founded in California, we have restaurants from coast-to-coast.

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
  • All back of house functions including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory and food quality
  • Create memorable dining experiences
  • Help lead the culinary team to excellence
Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:
  • Highly talented, professional, creative and smart
  • Vibrant, take charge chef who wants to make an impact on the region's culinary scene
  • At least 3 years experience as a multi-outlet Sous Chef with high volume experience of at least $10M
  • Experience with simultaneous a la carte dining and banquets
  • Multi-outlet experience required
  • Hard-worker
  • Independent self-starter
  • Great personality
  • Possess a strong desire to make an impact
Executive Sous Chef Compensation:
  • Base salary in the $58,000 to $65,000 range plus excellent benefits
