We are an Italian themed restaurant with a modern interpretation. We do lunch and dinner during the week with brunch on the weekends. We are looking to grow our brand and would love to find an Executive Sous Chef that wants to grow with us.

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
  • Training and developing the kitchen team
  • Ensuring proper food safety, sanitation, and safe work practices
  • Ensure all guests and members are satisfied and happy
  • Ensure amazing food quality and manage food and labor costs

Executive Sous Chef Requirments:
  • 2-5 Years in a kitchen management role from a Full-Service high volume concept
  • Need to oversee 2 sous chefs and 2 assistant sous chefs
  • Work directly with the Executive Chef
  • Good understanding of food cost, inventory controls, purchasing and cost management
  • Excellent people and leadership skills
  • Brunch experience is not required, but definitely preferred
