We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef with upscale, high-volume, and banquet experience. Long-established and founded in California, we have restaurants from coast to coast.

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
  • All BOH functions, including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory, and food quality
  • Create memorable dining experiences
  • Lead the culinary team to excellence
Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:
  • Highly talented, creative, and smart professionals
  • A vibrant, take-charge chef who wants to make an impact on the region's culinary scene
  • At least 3 years' experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or Sous Chef with high-volume experience of at least $4M
  • Experience with simultaneous a la carte dining and banquets
  • Some corporate restaurant experience is highly preferred for systems and hotel, or event venue banquet experience is a plus
  • Independent self-starter who is a hard worker
  • Great personality
  • Possess a strong desire to make an impact
Executive Sous Chef Compensation:
  • Compensation in the $60,000 to $65,000 range, plus excellent benefits
