We are seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef with upscale high-volume and banquet experience. Long-established and founded in California, we have restaurants from coast-to-coast.

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
  • All BOH functions including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory, and food quality
  • Create memorable dining experiences
  • Lead the culinary team to excellence
Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:
  • Highly talented, creative, and smart professionals
  • Vibrant, take-charge chef who wants to make an impact on the region's culinary scene
  • At least 3 years experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or Sous Chef with high volume experience of at least $6M
  • Experience with simultaneous a la carte dining and banquets
  • Some corporate restaurant experience is highly preferred for systems and hotel or event venue banquet experience is a plus
  • Hard-worker

Executive Sous Chef Compensation:
  • Compensation in the $55,000 to $65,000 range, plus excellent benefits
