Job Description
Our exciting local restaurant group is looking for a dynamic Executive Sous Chef for our casual Italian and Latino restaurant. This candidate must come from a corporate restaurant background and have the ability to implement operational systems. We are looking for a great leader that can upgrade operations and can be ready to be promoted to Executive Chef within the next year.
Executive Sous Chef Requirements
- Implement and organize operational systems that are needed for growth
- Coach and develop team members
- Lead the team to execute and deliver an extensive menu
- Organizational skills, systems knowledge, teaching, and implementation of habits that bring about consistent success
Executive Sous Chef Qualifications
- 3+ years of Sous Chef experience
- Tenure 2+ years
- Understand a P&L and daily administration
- Have a guest-first attitude and drive the team to have the same attitude
