Executive Sous Chef needed for High a Volume Restaurant that is opening a new location in West Hollywood

We are looking for a passionate Executive Sous Chef with upscale, high volume experience. We have growth plans and want you to be part of our team as we grow.

Executive Sous Chef Requirements:
  • At least $10M volume experience in a 3-meal a day upscale restaurant
  • Preferred background includes complexity, food-centric, scratch, fresh, and experience transitioning a brunch to overlapping a la carte menu
  • Recent a la carte restaurant experience is needed, rather than hotels, resorts, or casinos - a corporate and independent mix is a plus
  • Financially savvy in creating profit
  • A people-developer who has managed a team of at least 50
  • Able to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
  • Run an efficient kitchen by being proactive and working through your team
