As a banquet chef, you would be primarily responsible for the planning, organizing, controlling, and directing the work of employees in the Banquet and Catering department. You will be in charge of overseeing the food preparation of all banquet and catering events while ensuring superior quality and consistency at all times.

Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:
  • Previous chef experience in catering, banquets, or contract food service
  • Sales volume experience of at least $4 million annually
  • Professional leader
  • Culinary passion is a must in addition to the drive to want to move forward and help a company grow
