Farm to table, Gastropub inspired restaurant, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team!. We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to help lead and develop our free-spirited group. Solid operators with 3-4 years of high volume ($5MM plus), high-quality restaurant chef within a dynamic upscale restaurant group or upscale independent restaurant are encouraged to apply. We are looking for a " lead by example" leader!

Experienced Executive Chef Qualifications:
* No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
* Must have 3-4 years of high volume restaurant management experience ($5MM)
* Must have experiences with a scratch kitchen concept
* Must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
