Sous Chef Responsibilities
- Support Executive Chef with Day-to-Day operations
- Train, mentor and build the culinary team
- Inventory, Invoicing, Ordering/Receiving
- Admin functions - order guides and recipe maintenance
- Minimum 2 solid years experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
- Positive career progression
- Must be computer savvy!
- Solid leadership skills and the ability to hold others accountable
