Sous Chef Responsibilities

  • Support Executive Chef with Day-to-Day operations
  • Train, mentor and build the culinary team
  • Inventory, Invoicing, Ordering/Receiving
  • Admin functions - order guides and recipe maintenance
Sous Chef Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 solid years experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
  • Positive career progression
  • Must be computer savvy!
  • Solid leadership skills and the ability to hold others accountable
