Sous Chef Responsibilities

  • Support Executive Chef with Day-to-Day operations
  • Train, mentor, and build the culinary team
  • Inventory, Invoicing, Ordering/Receiving
  • Administrative functions - order guides and recipe maintenance
Sous Chef Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 solid years of experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
  • Positive career progression
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Solid leadership skills and the ability to hold others accountable
