Our client is a growing local company looking for a people-centric, hands-on Restaurant FOH Manager to grow their team! They are seeking an experienced professional who wants to join a successful and passionate team that provides a high-level guest experience.
Restaurant FOH Manager Responsibilities:
- Willingness to be hands-on throughout shifts to assist any in any area of the restaurant and bar
- Train, lead and motivate staff with maturity ensuring expectations are met and ensure accountability
- Provide hospitable customer service and ensure consistency and quality in food presentation and timing
- GUEST EXPERIENCE AND SERVANT LEADER MENTALITY REQUIRED
Restaurant FOH Manager Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant experience in a leadership role
- Previous experience with bartending/bar management is a plus
- Proven success in customer service and has servant leader mentality
