Our client is a growing local company looking for a people-centric, hands-on Restaurant FOH Manager to grow their team! They are seeking an experienced professional who wants to join a successful and passionate team that provides a high-level guest experience.




Restaurant FOH Manager Responsibilities:



  • Willingness to be hands-on throughout shifts to assist any in any area of the restaurant and bar
  • Train, lead and motivate staff with maturity ensuring expectations are met and ensure accountability
  • Provide hospitable customer service and ensure consistency and quality in food presentation and timing
  • GUEST EXPERIENCE AND SERVANT LEADER MENTALITY REQUIRED

Restaurant FOH Manager Qualifications:



  • Prior restaurant experience in a leadership role
  • Previous experience with bartending/bar management is a plus
  • Proven success in customer service and has servant leader mentality
