Facilities Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a field team of approximately 10-15 field Maintenance Technicians
  • Adhere to budget and monitor facilities team overtime usage
  • Oversee all contracts and agreements for repair and maintenance
  • Train and coach all field Maintenance Technicians
  • Provide bi-weekly updates to the Vice President
  • Perform regular QC visits with vendors to ensure all maintenance needs are met
  • Partner with District Managers and Operations Directors as needed to discuss day-to-day issues and ongoing projects
  • Travel in the field up to 60%
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years experience in Facilities Management or related field
  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline preferred
  • Restaurant industry experience preferred
  • Certification in Facilities Management through IFMA or other organization preferred
  • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations
