Fast Casual General Manager Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on manager with knowledge of P&L and able to control cost areas efficiently
  • Team builder who can coach and mentor team members
  • Be able to market the brand and grow revenue year over year by local marketing

  • 1-2 years tenure in a similar role
  • Hands-on manager in a fast-paced hospitality-focused environment
  • Good understanding of food cost, inventory controls, and cost management

Megan's free time is usually spent at a family event or running kids to soccer/dance/you-name-it and catching dinner and a movie when she can.
