Our client, an AM Best A++ rated insurance organization is looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join their growing team.




FIELD MARKETING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Visit with mid-size and large agencies in your assigned territory
  • Responsible for monitoring and fostering agency relationships by using consultative marketing techniques to help source the best opportunities for profitable growth
  • Review and analyze targeted reports and provides detailed, complex analysis of agency production
  • Mentors marketing professionals in the field answering questions and coaching on marketing visits
  • Meets with agencies by phone, internet, and in-person

FIELD MARKETING MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
  • 7+ years of field marketing experience within the insurance industry
  • Bachelors degree
  • Significant commercial lines insurance product knowledge

FIELD MARKETING MANAGER COMPENSATION:
