Job Description
An upscale, independent restaurant company with a great passion for excellence in both food offerings and service is seeking a Manager. We are looking for a talented manager that can lead the front-of-the-house operations and our beverage program. The menu will feature local sourcing, seasonal cuisine inspired by our chefs, and a beverage program that focuses on craft cocktails, local beers, and eclectic wines. Beverage Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the beverage program operations and training
- Hire and train FOH staff on the beverage program
- Oversee ordering, vendor relationships, wine dinners and beverage features
- Set and maintain a shift schedule
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the FOH
- Ensure customer satisfaction by quickly fixing any issues
- Facilitate quick and efficient communication between front and back-of-house (BOH)
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Clear communication skills
- 65k-75k salary
- Weekly payroll
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance (50% covered by employer)
