Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements:
- 3-5 years of DO or Regional experience in a polished upscale or fine dining, full-service environment
- Exposure to sales volumes of $6+ million per year
- Level 1 Sommelier with extensive knowledge of Old World Wines
- Must be service-oriented and hospitality-driven
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Exceptional people skills
