A well-respected, growing restaurant group is in need of an experienced DO who can be a great leader of people! Are you high-energy with a true passion for the hospitality industry? Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of DO or Regional experience in a polished upscale or fine dining, full-service environment
  • Exposure to sales volumes of $6+ million per year
  • Level 1 Sommelier with extensive knowledge of Old World Wines
  • Must be service-oriented and hospitality-driven
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Exceptional people skills

Restaurant Director of Operations Expectations:
  • Leadership presence and involvement in all areas of the business
  • Models hospitality and ensures the teams deliver service excellence
  • A leader who has the ability to identify challenges and implement processes to move the company forward
  • Coach and teach the leadership team to continually elevate knowledge, hospitality, and the delivery of exceptional experiences
  • Full financial accountability of all locations
