Executive Chef Requirements:
  • Hands-on management style
  • Experience in 100% from scratch kitchen
  • Exposure to $4-8mil/yr in revenue
  • Culinary Degree preferred
Executive Chef Duties:
  • Oversee prep and service execution on a daily basis
  • Work side by side with the team in a hands-on style
  • Assist in the creation of menu specials
  • Oversee inventory, food cost, and labor cost
  • Lead in a positive and confident manner
  • Build a strong team amongst the BOH
