Seeking Fine-Dining General Manager for a Michelin-starred restaurant




General Manager Benefits:

General Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of service and customer experience
  • Ambassador to the community
  • Develop, mentor, and train junior leaders

General Manager Requirements:
  • Strong hospitality skills, dynamic lead-from-the-front personality
  • Solid wine passion and knowledge
  • 3-5 years of upscale restaurant management

Allison's career began at The Grand Tier Restaurant at The Metropolitan Opera House in Lincoln Center. It continued throughout the premier cultural institutions of New York City and Washington DC. She managed some of the finest steak houses in Manhattan with the Smith and Wollensky Group and The Capital Grille before moving into the world of luxury hotels as Food and Beverage Director with Starwood Hotels, Hilton at The Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Property, and with The Morgans Hotel Group at Royalton, an Ian Schrager Hotel. Allison returned to her roots in the cultural centers she started in as Venue Manager at The Brooklyn Museum.
