Job Description


This is a position with a longstanding company and brand seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to be part of the team. We are looking for a strong leader who has passion, and pride and is a hospitality-driven, guest-first professional for an upscale, fine dining environment.




RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 2+ years management experience working in a fine dining or upscale casual environment
  • Experience executing annual sales volumes of $4M and above
  • Strong knowledge of wine and premium liquor
  • Superior guest-service skills coupled with strong financial acumen
  • A clear leadership personality with the ability to inspire and develop their team

  • Bill and his wife moved to the Houston area from Connecticut to be near his daughter and 3 grandkids.  
  • In his spare time, Bill enjoys golf and one of his must-haves was a house on a golf course!
