Fine Dining Director of Operations Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience demonstrating leadership in an upscale multi-unit, restaurant operations leadership role
  • Experience with executing new initiatives, SOPs, promotions, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
  • Independent learners eager to work their way up within the company
  • Hospitality degree appreciated
  • A sincere passion for hospitality
  • Must have a high level of restaurant operation skills with a good tenure working for reputable restaurant concepts
  • Valid food handler card, reliable transportation, and willingness to be in the field at the locations, not an office job.
  • New store opening experience a must

Fine Dining Director of Operations Responsibilities:
  • Out-of-state travel is 70-75 percent of the time
  • Responsible for the highest standards in customer service
  • Strong attention to detail curious and constantly in pursuit of improvement
  • Coaching to driving excellence and confronting incompetence
  • Build relationships quickly and build solid teams
  • Must be a road warrior since this requires a lot of travel. Being close to a major airport is a must
  • Travel between restaurants to ensure consistency and SOPs are followed
  • Exude high energy, positive reinforcement, and show passion for hospitality
  • Great communicator and intelligent with the ability to develop leaders
  • Multi-unit P&L management
