National Hotel management company is looking for a refined manager for a fine dining restaurant . This is a year round position.
The property is small but extremely high profile (Relais & Chateau), only 30 rooms, small fine dining room and small lounge.
The right candidates should have quite a bit of wine experience and prior fine dining experience as captain, server or sommelier.
