One of Charlotte's premier fine dining restaurants is hiring an upscale Dining Room Manager. This leader will work in conjunction with the service staff to ensure all standards are being met and guests are receiving the level of service they have come to expect from this concept. This individual must be obsessed with a great guest experience, team development, and have a demonstrated background in high-volume fine dining environments.

Fine Dining Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a high-volume fine dining or upscale restaurant
  • Experience with steakhouse and seafood is strongly preferred
  • Strong wine & beverage knowledge a plus
  • Professional appearance, solid organizational and problem-solving skills a must
  • Great leadership focused on people & experience
  • Servant leader with the ability to take and provide direction situationally to all teammates
