Established, fine-dining restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef to join their family. This person will run the kitchen with the guidance of the Executive Chef, develop their team, and be involved with inventory, ordering, and controlling costs. This is not merely a stop in your career, but a place you will want to call home for many years.

Sous Chef Requirements:
  • At least 3 years as an accomplished Sous Chef in a fine-dining establishment
  • $3 million or more in sales
  • P&L responsibility
  • Computer Literate
  • ServSafe Certified
  • Success with developing & coaching a team and promoting talent

He then joined Maggiano’s Little Italy.  
  • Nino enjoys nothing better than watching football with his son and cooking great dinners for him and his beautiful wife, Melissa.  He loves opening a good bottle of wine, having a taste, and then planning what to cook for dinner that would perfectly match that wine.
