Sous Chef Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of hourly team members in day to day production and execution of service for a la carte and banquets
  • Work collaboratively with the team of sous chefs and Executive Chef
  • Drives profitability and operational compliance - good with budgets and checklists
  • Builds Team Talent - ensures only the right people are hired and developed in the restaurant
Sous Chef Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a 100% from scratch, fine dining environment
  • High volume, upscale dining restaurant experience or hotel experience
  • Several years in a leadership role
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Strong, confident management approach balanced with being a great leader
