FOOD OPERATIONS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Employee Training
• Scheduling of staff
• Responsible for Merchandising
• Creating/ maintaining all food displays
• Creating process/training employees to maintain the displays.
• Oversee production kitchen and Deli counter.
• Manage inventory/ oversee ordering.
