A well-known Restaurant company is seeking a Food Truck Manager to work in the Nashville and surrounding area. We are known for our high-quality scratch food and have a long history of success. We need a well-organized, high-energy Manager who is motivated to provide a great guest experience.

Food Truck Manager Responsibilities to Include:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company food truck, including team management
  • Maintain required records, including food production, inventory, income/expense, and meal counts while working within and with the existing restaurants
  • Responsible for all daily operations for the food truck, including but not limited to food production, cash handling, guest orders and interaction, quality control, and proper sanitation procedures
  • Research, planning, and scheduling of relevant event participation, including food truck pods, corporate campuses, special community events, private parties, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health Department regulations and food safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with all municipal regulations
  • Direct cleaning of the truck and maintenance of the equipment
  • Work directly with our marketing group regarding social media, event schedules, pictures, and feedback
Food Truck Manager Requirements:
  • One year of food truck experience preferred; 2 years of management experience within the restaurant industry
  • Valid TN Driver's License plus 2 years of a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive a 23-foot food truck and truck with trailer
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in extreme heat or cold
  • Flexible decision-making skills and a positive attitude
  • Strong operational, organizational, and administrative skills
