Long term successful brand is looking for a Franchise Area Director to be a liaison between the franchisees and the company. This position is being created because of growth as we are nearing 400 locations in 22 states.
Franchise Area Director Responsibilities:
  • Travel regularly(85%) to your stores to coach and observe and guide franchisees toward greater successes
  • Quality Control
  • Profit and Loss Expert

  • People Development
Franchise Area Director Requirements:
  • At minimum of 5 years as a current multi-unit manager (Area Director or Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager or Director, etc.) in branded concept with responsibility for at least 8 units
  • At least 3 years as a restaurant GM previous to the multi-unit experience with career progression
  • Strong with financials
  • FOH and BOH management experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to be a cheerleader with a positive attitude, while digging into the financials and making corrections as needed
  • High-energy, passionate, caring, hard-working, results-oriented and service minded
  • Hold teams accountable while creating enthusiasm
  • Your career path and tenure must make sense and reasons for leaving employers must be good ones
  • Strong references from current or prior supervisors
  • Currently employed preferred
Area Director Compensation:
  • Base of $70, 000 to $75, 000 plus great bonus potential
  • All the bells and whistles like company car and phone reimbursement(always hated having to carry and charge two phones)
