Front of House Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of staff
  • Monitor quality of products and services produced
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Manage inventory of supplies
  • Maintain health standards for all service staff

Front of House Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant management role
  • Knowledge of all steps of service and food safety practices
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
