We are seeking a quality General Manager who has a passion for this industry and has an eye for detail in guest service and people development! Our current need is for a General Manager in our Glen Mills location with experience in high-volume sales in a high-energy atmosphere. We are looking for a hands-on General Manager candidate who possesses the desire and ability to grow sales, coach, and who can teach, train, and develop the staff.

General Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, increasing profit, and enhancing the guest experience
  • Promote a teaching and learning environment
  • Ability to partner and build relationships with management, colleagues, and vendors while demonstrating leadership and integrity and promoting team success
  • Ability to motivate others to accomplish goals
  • Knowledge of food specs and execution
General Manager Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of General Manager experience
  • Ability to coach and lead a team
  • A background in full-service, high-volume dining
