General Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a similar role as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Strong in training, team building, and retention strategy
• The ability to work late nights

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Work autonomously continuing to improve operations, service and training programs
• Ability to create a rewarding positive up best culture, while improving the bottom line
• Maintain the cleanliness and operations of the facility, while developing sanitation schedule
• Administration: scheduling, purchasing, inventory, sales forecasting
• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training team members as well as any disciplinary issues
