  • ensures this is brought to life by the head chef and entire restaurant team
  • displays an obvious passion for and knowledge of food, ingredients and cooking techniques. Can provide constructive feedback to kitchen team on food quality and consistency
  • takes an active role in running the kitchen. Partners with the head chef to offer coaching and support. Understands challenges and offers solutions and improvement initiatives
  • celebrates our food as one of the things that makes us great
  • uses this to drive sales and customer engagement
  • regularly checks kitchen to ensure company food hygiene policies are adhered to and recorded properly
