General Manager Benefits:

• Base Salary up to $80, 000.
• Achievable Bonus Plan paid quarterly.
• PTO and Health benefits, after 90 days.

General Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years General Manager or relevant experience required.
• Ensure excellent quality, flavorful food made to spec and served timely with care.
• Manage budgeting, labor, food, and beverage costs based on financial objectives.
• Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures, including sanitation, maintenance, safety, etc.
