Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff to follow all company protocols
  • Play a hands-on role
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Effectively manage P & L
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
  • Strong history of upward growth in their career with great tenure
  • Great leadership qualities
  • Fast-casual background in a GM role with systems in place preferred
  • Has to be comfortable in the BOH working all positions including the block (meat cutter)
  • Full P&L knowledge
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
