Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
  • Work as a team with the entire staff
  • Hire, train, and develop staff
  • Drive and develop restaurant sales
  • Always create a great guest experience
  • Manage dining room and FOH daily operations
  • Help oversee guest satisfaction and help resolve issues as needed

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience
  • Strong motivation and great work ethic
  • Pleasant, polite, and a strong focus on guest service
  • Ability and passion for training, motivating, and leading a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full-service dining background
