General Manager: Upscale Full Service & Banquet Restaurant
A restaurant in Columbus, with a long history. A regional up-and-comer, go-getter, with high volume experience is needed who has their finger on the pulse of current F&B trends in the Columbus Market. You' ll need experience with more than $5M volume experience. We' ll want you to develop the business with a focus on banquets.
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for managing the business including quality, customer service, cost controls and staffing.
- At least 5 years experience as a Restaurant General Manager or F&B Director with an upscale, high volume restaurant. (at least $6M F&B volume)
- Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus an override on banquets. " All in" income should be in the $80, 000 range
