We are a destination restaurant company, known for memorable special occasions. We have spectacular locations from coast-to-coast and are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager with high-volume experience for our location in Miami. Candidates must possess a deep passion for creating lasting impressions and unforgettable memories by providing guests with one-of-a-kind dining experiences.

A restaurant in Miami, with a long history. A regional up-and-comer, go-getter, with high volume experience is needed who has their finger on the pulse of current F&B trends in the Miami Market. You' ll need experience with more than $7M volume experience. We' ll want you to develop the business with a focus on banquets.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
  • Full responsibility for managing the business including quality, customer service, cost controls and staffing.
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years experience as a Restaurant General Manager or F&B Director with an upscale, high volume restaurant. (at least $9M F&B volume)
Restaurant General Manager Compensation:
  • Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus an override on banquets. " All in" income should be in the $90, 000 to $100, 000 range
