Searching for an HVAC-Inside Sales Associate for a growing and well-known HVAC supply company. This position will be responsible for achieving sales and growth targets by developing new strategic customer relationships and maintain existing accounts, primarily through phone and e-mail activities.

HVAC-Inside Account Sales Associate Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Establishes and expands relationships with key people and decision-makers within each customer organization
• Develops new customers and contacts to expand the customer base
• Provides prompt, efficient, and accurate service to primarily call-in/call-out customers
• Proactively follows up on leads generated from quotations and inquiries
• Recommends products to customers, based on customers' business needs
• Offer-related and add-on products to maximize sales opportunities

HVAC-Inside Account Sales Associate Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-year HVAC experience, 1-year sales experience, or a recent college graduate
• Prefer 2 or more years of successful sales experience
• Prefer Direct sales experience in the business-to-business HVAC/R or similar industry
